Hello Good Day,

In doing blog postings for Recipe Marketing it is of good intentions to be as the dictionary describes on Healthful here.

Dictionary Definition

Giving health, good for health; wholesome:  a healthful diet, healthful exercise.

Helping to bring about moral or spiritual welfare or properity; saving; a healthful spirit of cooperation.  Having intellectual or moral soundness:  healthful studies.

Having good health; healthy.

Though these words are often used interchangeably, some writers and speakers distinguish between them by using healthful to mean "giving health" and healthy to mean "having good health."

Carrot Cake is an enjoyable healthy cake that can be used at breakfast,  lunch dessert time, dinner dessert time or a hearty healthy tea time snack for adults as well as kids.  This particular  recipe calls for a cup of sugar but for those very sugar conscious persons that are cutting sugar out of their diet they can substitute to their preferences or limit the amount.  All in all this Recipe is a very good busy day or one bowl easy Recipe to do and enjoy.

One of the mini loaf pans had added to it about 1/4 cup of soaked raisins and mixed peel folded in just prior to pouring into pan.  The mixture was left over from making fruit cake at Easter.  It  blended and baked well with it.
